aiSTAFF is an AI customer engagement platform built for creators, small teams, and growing businesses that get more messages than they can keep up with.

With aiSTAFF you can reply to comments and DMs automatically, qualify leads, recommend products from your catalog, and keep conversations alive 24/7 — without sounding like a bot. It works across Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, and the aiSTAFF web channel, all from a single inbox.

An Active Contact is one real person who sends or receives a message through aiSTAFF during a single monthly billing window — whether that's an automation, an AI reply, a broadcast, or an inbox response.

It doesn't matter how many messages you exchange with that person. Ten messages or a hundred, it still counts as one Active Contact for the month.

Every plan ships with a monthly Active Contact allowance. If you go over it your automations keep running — we just charge a small per-contact overage fee on top of your plan.

Nothing breaks. Your automations don't shut off, your customers don't notice anything, and you don't get surprised at the end of the month.

As you get close to your monthly Active Contact allowance we send you in-app and email warnings so you can decide what to do — adjust who your automations target, upgrade to a higher tier, or set an overage cap.

If you upgrade in the same billing cycle, any overage already accrued is forgiven and the contacts you've already used get rolled into your new plan's allowance.

Not for the Free plan — you can sign up and ship your first automation without any card on file.

Paid plans do require a card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most other major cards through our payment partner.

Yes. Essential and Pro both come with a 14-day free trial — no card-locked surprises, cancel inside the trial and you owe nothing.

Upgrade — any time. We prorate the unused portion of your current plan and credit it against the new one, and the new tier kicks in immediately.

Downgrade — any time, but it takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Monthly plans roll over to the lower tier next month; annual plans hold their tier until the annual term ends.

Cancel — any time. If it's been less than 30 days since you started a paid plan, reach out to support and we'll refund you. We're not in the business of holding people hostage.

Yes. aiSTAFF sends every message through the official APIs of Meta (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) and Telegram — the same channels they review and approve for business use. Nothing is scraped and nothing puts your account at risk.

Starter is built for testing 1 channel or for small stores (includes 3,000 AI replies per month). Business is ideal for 3 channels and growing stores (includes 8,000 replies and 5,000 products). Premium is designed for 5 channels and brands with heavy chat volume (includes 25,000 replies and 25,000 products). Enterprise is built for large brands, with custom terms and dedicated support (SLA).

Each plan covers a different limit: Starter - 1,000 products, Business - 5,000, Premium - 25,000, and Enterprise - 100,000. If you exceed the limit, you can easily move to a higher plan or optimize your existing catalog. The AI only operates within your active limit.

Yes. Your channels, collected leads, AI Brain configuration, and product catalog are fully preserved on your account through any plan change. Even if you cancel your subscription, you keep access to your leads database and can export them - new AI replies just pause until billing is reactivated.

No. The price shown on the pricing page is the only fixed monthly fee. Setup is completely free, no coding knowledge is required, and there are no setup fees.

The number of channels depends on your plan: Starter includes 1 channel, Business - 3 channels, Premium - 5 channels, and Enterprise - 10 channels. More importantly, a single unified knowledge base (AI Brain) serves all connected platforms at once, so you don't need to set up each network separately.
