The 7-day trial, with no real charge

The trial runs for 7 days. To start it, your card is verified with a small authorization that is reversed at once, so no money leaves your account during the trial. The first real charge happens only when the trial ends. If aiSTAFF is not the fit, you stop before then and pay nothing. The trial gives you full access to test the bot on your own channels, the way the whole platform works in one AI Brain, five channels.

Your card is never stored by aiSTAFF

Card processing is handled by a dedicated payment processor, not by aiSTAFF. Your card details never sit in our systems, which removes a whole class of risk for you. aiSTAFF keeps the part it should: your plan, your entitlements, and your usage. The processor keeps the part it should: the money. That split is deliberate, and it is the same care taken with conversation data, kept for your bot and not resold.

What a plan includes

A plan sets a monthly message quota, a bot count, and a token budget, all metered as one pool across every channel and the API, the model explained in one message quota across all channels. You see your usage against the limit in the dashboard, so a bill is never a mystery. Plan changes apply at the next cycle

When you upgrade or downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle, so there is no surprise mid-period charge and no scramble to reconcile a partial month. You decide, the change is queued, and it applies cleanly when the new period starts.

A failed payment gives you grace, not a cutoff

A card expires, a bank declines, life happens. aiSTAFF does not cut your service the moment a charge fails. The account enters a short grace period of about three days, with the service still running and the payment retried, so a temporary glitch does not take your bot offline in front of customers. Update the card and the account recovers. Cancellation is clean
